Life is a big cinema is the advertising slogan of the telephone company Telecom. This phrase inspires the artist to create a photographic image showing a video camera and a security camera facing each other.
BIO
1975. I was born in San Fernando Chile.
1993 – 2000. I study Arts at the University of Chile.
2003. After many attempts, I left Chile thanks to my sister. I arrive in Amsterdam.
2004. I work at a ski school during 6 months, in Andorra. I make interventions on snow.
2005. I make the ““Radio Performances” project. Giancarlo, Ana Maria and I create Testigo Ocular in Rotterdam. I move to Hamburg in November and I begin a postgraduate at the HFBK University. It is the end of the year and I don’t want to know more about art. I participate in an animation workshop.
2006.I’m on a metamorphosis phase.I´m in Vorwerkstift (artists´shouse) and for the first time in my life I play music. The music group "Wald" appears.
2007. I think again about Art, and I do the “Fictional times, living without ideas” project. Lujan, Blanca and I produce a radio program:“Radio Tartamuda”. I work on an animation Project “Chavin y Píxel”.
2008. I get in and I get out from black holes, when I go to Rusia and I try to make a short film, and then when I go to Chile after 3 years. My body is developing a human being inside and I have problems with the German state.
2009. The nature gave me a new lesson; Lucas born on January. Like a Marmot, I hibernate with my Puppy. I don´t get any Art Scholarship to produce my Art Projects.
2010. And again: I don´t get any Art Scholarship to produce my Art Projects. I moved to Berlin.

La vida es un gran cine es el eslogan publicitario de la compañía de teléfonos Telecom. Esta frase inspira a la artista y realiza en Hamburgo una fotografía en la que aparecen una cámara de video y una de seguridad mirándose entre sí.
BIO [ESPAÑOL]
1975. Nací en San Fernando, Chile.
1993 – 2000. Realizo estudios de arte en la Universidad de Chile.
2003. Luego de varios intentos, logro salir de Chile gracias a mi hermana. Llego a Amsterdam.
2004. Trabajo en una escuela de eski durante 6 meses en Andorra, y realizo intervenciones sobre la nieve.
2005. Realizo el proyecto “Radio Performances”, y junto a Giancarlo y Ana María creamos Testigo Ocular en Rotterdam. En noviembre me voy a vivir a Hamburgo y entro al postgrado de la HFBK. Se acaba el año y no quiero saber más del arte, entro a un taller de animación.
2006. .Estoy en Vorwerkstift (casa de artistas) y por primera vez hago música. Aparece el grupo "Wald".Entro en etapa de metamorfosis.
2007. Pienso de nuevo en el arte, y realizo el proyecto “Fictional times, living without ideas”. Con Lujan y Blanca hacemos un programa de radio: “Radio Tartamuda”
Trabajo en mi proyecto de animación “Chavin y Píxel”.
2008. Entro y salgo de hoyos negros, cuando voy a Rusia y trato de hacer una pequeña película, y cuando vuelvo a Chile despues de tres años. Mi cuerpo esta produciendo un ser humano, y tengo problemas con el estado alemán.
2009. La naturaleza me dio una nueva lección; Lucas nace en enero. Hiberno con mi cachorro, como una marmota. No logro financiamiento para producir mis proyectos.
2010. Y nuevamente. No logro financiamiento para producir mis proyectos. Me mudo a Berlin.
